Our product BIO TECH FLOUR IMPROVER BREAD is used in enhancing bread quality. It is a combination of high quality enzymes, prepared by the formulation that has been researched and developed by our team of experts within the permissible norms of Government of India and fssai.

When added to bread flour, the W.A.P. (water absorption power) and the dough volume increases. It also helps in getting spongy crust, fine slicing characteristics, a soft and elastic crumb texture. It results in fine air pockets and variety of bubble sizes in bread, i.e. a perfectly baked bread to enjoy.
