We are pleased to introduce ourselves as BIOTECH FOODS, the leading manufacturer and supplier of flour improvers, food additives and all food grade chemicals in India. The idea was executed by our founder, Late Mr. Akbar Khan Gauri to meet the limitations faced by the milling industry. Back when there were very few flour mills across the globe, people had stone grinder at every house to meet their daily consumption and the demand for packed or branded flour was very less. Change in lifestyle, environment and more people shifting towards urban colonies in search of livelihood, created a boom in packaged food industry as people now need everything instantly, without much effort. Continuous increase in demand and more people shifting towards packed and branded flour led to setting up of new flour mills.

Our Vision
The idea was evolved by my father late Mr. Akbar Khan
Gauri, a man with firm belief and principles, with a dream and
vision, with culture and faith in God, with values and
dedication. Initially it started in a small room owned by his
parents with the support of his mother Mrs. Naseem Gauri and
younger brothers in the year 1994.
During the pre-incorporation period of the company they
researched the problem that were being faced by the milling
industry and developed solutions for the same. He had full faith
in God and was confident that they will succeed. They aimed not
for self-success alone, but also of the people who got
associated with them in this journey. He believed – “One who can
run a family efficiently can run a business
successfully”.
